David S. Dury, M.B.A.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Dury joined Conformia from the Mentor Capital Group, LLC (MCG) where he was actively mentoring innovative technology entrepreneurs in product strategy, business development, sales, marketing, and operations. He brings over 30 years of broad operating experience including responsibility for multiple operating areas in a variety of industries, and extensive experience with Wall Street. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Aspect Development from 1995-2000 and was the Chief Financial Officer of NetFrame Systems from 1992-1995. Mr. Dury served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Boole & Babbage from 1989-1992. He was also the Chief Financial Officer, President and Chief Operating Officer at Priam Corporation from 1983-1989.
Mr. Dury holds an observer seat on the Conformia Board of Directors, and serves on the Board of Directors of Phoenix Technologies, and Intevac. Mr. Dury holds a B.A. from Duke University and an MBA from Cornell University.
