Pharmaceutical companies need to track enormous amounts of data about recipes used to make a product. Conformia’s Batch Records track details of the equipment used in manufacturing or scale up processes. Equipment sometimes may be tracked in other EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems external to Conformia such as IBM Maximo Asset Management, a Tivoli product from IBM. In this case, Conformia provides the ability to synchronize Equipment data automatically with Maximo.

Any time new equipment details are entered in Maximo Asset Management or Conformia, it is automatically registered in the other system. Similarly, all changes to status of an equipment during a Batch Process can also be kept in sync. This ensures that Equipment Managers using Maximo continue to get the latest updated information about Equipment Usage from Conformia’s PPLM system.
